Warranty Policy

  • Customers are required to email a photo of damaged merchandise to support@phoenixsofafactory.com for a service authorization
  • Defective merchandise in good condition will be repaired free-of-charge 30 days after purchase for customers who opted for delivery with assembly. 15 mile limit from Phoenix showroom. 
  • Customers who opted for merchandise pickup are responsible for merchandise transportation to and from the Service Department
  • A standard delivery charge will be assessed for all customers requiring in-home service who do not qualify for free service
    • Charge is generally $59 - $89
  • Defective merchandise may not be returned for a refund - repair or exchange are the only available options
  • Merchandise that appears dirty or heavily abused will incur a service fee or may be rejected by the manufacturer

Five Year Warranty for PSF Brand Upholstery 

Mechanisms, Wooden Frame Parts on Upholstery, & Spring Systems against manufacturing & material defects. 

One Year Warranty for PSF Brand Upholstery 

Cushioning & Filling Materials against defective parts. All foam & filling composites naturally soften with use. This softening does not constitute a defect under warranty. 

Upholstery Fabric against seam failure, fabric separation & nap loss. The manufacturer cannot cover pilling, which is a result of normal wear, nor fading, which can be caused by overexposure to sunlight. 

All Other Parts not specially covered by the proceeding warranties against defective parts & materials. 

Any defect covered by this warranty that is reported to us within the first year will be repaired or replaced at the expense of Superior Sofa Factory ;however, after the first year Phoenix Sofa Factory will not pay for the labor to effect the repair. At no time will Phoenix Sofa Factory pay for shipping any product to and from the dealer or consumer. 

Warranty Limitations: 

This warranty does not include: 

1. Any condition resulting from other than ordinary residential wear or any use for which the product was 

not intended, such as use in rental or contract trade. 

2. Any condition resulting from incorrect or inadequate maintenance or care. 

3. Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, negligence, accident, or shipping damage.


Comfort Industries

Comfort Industries, Inc. warrants the frame & spring seat base to be free defects in material & workmanship under conditions of normal use as long as the original purchaser owns this product. Comfort Industries, Inc. warrants the seat cushions for 2 years from the original date of purchase against loss of foam resiliency. Normal softening and flattening of foam and fibers is not considered a defect. The item must remain upholstered in the original fabric. Comfort Industries, Inc. warrants the motion mechanisms in sofa beds to be free from defects in materials & workmanship for one years from the date of original purchase. Upholstery fabrics are warranted against defective material or workmanship for one year from the date of purchase, under normal use and care. This warranty does not cover fading, shrinkage, or pilling and is invalid where evidence of heavy soiling or abuse is present. Fabric damage or failure due to chemical treatment, other than that by the fabric manufacturer, or improper cleaning is also excluded under this warranty. Consult a sales associate for proper cleaning instructions. Note: Items are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects under normal use in a residential setting.


Ashley Furniture Industries Limited Warranties

The following Limited Warranties are given only to the original retail purchaser, subject to all the terms and conditions below. These Limited Warranties are non-transferable:

Finishes and all Other Furniture Products

Finishes and all Other Furniture Products means all finishes and other parts, components, and other furniture products not specifically included in the above Limited Warranties, including but not limited to dining room tables, chairs, occasional tables, beds, dressers, sleeper mattresses, marble tops, granite tops, desks, curio cabinets, china cabinets, buffets, entertainment centers, lamps, electrical components (other than light bulbs), recliner pull cords and handles incorporated into any furniture product.

*As used in these Limited Warranties, “lifetime” means the normal useful life of the product under reasonable use.

**After the first year of use, Ashley will replace the sleep mattress on the following prorated basis:  more than 1 but less than 2 years of use, 90% of the cost of the replacement is covered; more than 2 years but less than 3 years of use, 80% of the cost of the replacement is covered.

***All seat cushion cores in both Unattached Cushioning and Attached Cushioning will soften with normal use and will conform to the shape of the user. This shall be considered normal wear, and shall not be considered a loss of resiliency or a material manufacturing defect.

****The Leather and Upholstery Fabric Limited Warranty also includes seam slippage, cracking, and dye transfers. Leather is a natural product, and, as such, each hide will reflect its own individuality. Some variations of shade and tone are to be expected as are the nicks, scratches, and wrinkles that only occur in genuine leather; these characteristics are in no way to be considered a defect.  These Limited Warranties do not cover tears, flattening of nap, pilling, fading, or shrinking and is not valid when heavy soiling or abuse is evident.  These Limited Warranties also do not cover protective finishes, velvets, and velvet types, since by their very nature, these fabrics are of soft texture and will crush, shade and mark more readily than most fabrics; these characteristics are in no way to be considered a defect.
