Shipping
Usually, your order will be shipped out in 1-2 business days. Though some items could be shipped out in 24 hours or as long as over 2 weeks depending on the availability, size or your location. We will contact you in advance if the shipping is delayed for any reason.
Please contact us (Email or Telephone) if more accurate shipping time estimate is expected. Most inquires will be answered in minutes.
Pre-Order/Backordered Items: Item is currently out of stock, shipping will take as long as 2 weeks to ship. (unless otherwise stated in item description)
Deliveries cannot be made on Sundays.

Curb Side Delivery: This is the default shipping service for all large items. Shipping company will delivery your order to the curb side of your address. Since no lift gate charge was included in your shipping fee, you will be expected to assist the delivery driver to unload the merchandise. You will move the merchandise to your home or office.
In Home Delivery: The delivery man of this service will move the item(s) to the room of your choice, without assembly. (Arizona Only)
White Glove Delivery: The delivery man of this service will move the item(s) to the room of your choice, unpack, assemble the item and removal of the packing materials from the buyer's address. (Arizona Only) -- When this service is selected, driver may have pre-assembled some items, for a quick and easy home service.

At this time, Phoenix Sofa Factory will only ship to the 48 US continental states. We do not ship to PO Boxes, Military addresses. Additionally, Phoenix Sofa Factory ships merchandise to Canada, but not to other international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.
Orders shipped outside of Arizona are delivered by FedEx, UPS, USPS or other trucking companies depending on the size or weight of the ordered items.
Pickup
All merchandise may be picked up at our warehouse in Phoenix, AZ. You will receive an email confirmation stating the date your merchandise will be available for pick-up. The location and hours are listed below.

Once an invoice is paid in full a storage fee will apply after 2 weeks, $10 per week. Minimum of one week.
Return Policy
ALL SALES FINAL on custom orders, catalog items, AS-IS clearance items, floor models, and mattresses.
30 day return policy on all other items. Items must be unopened in original packaging.
All opened, used, or assembled items do not qualify. A 25% fee applies to all returns/cancellations.
A 15% credit will be applied to your account for future purchases, credit can only be used on purchases
equal or greater than the original purchase amount. No changes, refunds or cancellations on any layaway.
Its the customers responsibility to confirm furniture will fit in home, up stairwells, down hallways, etc.
Customers picking up furniture assumes all responsibility for damage to merchandise due to improper or
negligent handling. Delivery fee paid covers a one time delivery. A redelivery fee will apply if you
are not present for scheduled delivery. Any manufacturer warranty must be brought back to our store by
the customer. We do not pick up or deliver factory warranties. A discounted delivery rate is available.
No cash refunds. Refunds are issued via check by corporate.
All boxes and wrappings must be opened correctly. Please do not rip, tear or trash any boxes/wrappings until you are satisfied with your products. In-case of a return/exchange you must have the boxes/wrappings in the same condition as received. Note that mattresses are an exception. If a mattress plastic cover has been removed, it cannot be refunded. For further questions, please email us at support@phoenixsofafactory.com.
Out of state returns; customer is responsible for return shipping.
